Tom Douglas and his secret weapon, Dekyi Thondoen (longtime chef of the Dahlia Lounge), have cooked up something new: a traditional Tibetan dumpling house. This cozy, exotic little lunch spot is a dream come true - and not just for South Lake Union's lunch goers!


At long last Deyki is able to serve the food of her homeland and at the helm of Seattle's first and only Tibetan restaurant, no less. You will enter the unfamiliar with yak (large, horned mammal from the mountains of Tibet) but leave dreaming of dumplings, dumplings, dumplings.
